PRE-ORDERING UPCOMING MODELS

Pre-ordered watches will ship as soon as completed and in the order they were sold. Updates will be posted to our "updates and availability" page as status changes. Most new models typically will be released from July through December. Upcoming models for pre-order will be labeled for example "500M-1 Pre-order" and will show as "in stock" This is a slot to pre-order only, and they are not physically in stock. To pre-order a watch, please follow the instructions in the product description. You may copy the pre-order agreement text in the product description and paste it to the coupon box at checkout if you wish to leave a 35% deposit only, or you can just checkout and pre-pay in full. Either way is ok. If you do not copy/paste the pre-order text agreement in the product description, your order will be placed for the full amount of the item, and will be charged accordingly to your order as shown on your receipt.

RETURN POLICY

You may return or exchange any item within 48 hours of recieving for a full store credit of your purchase price minus shipping, the exchange for another in stock product, or a full refund minus shipping charges. Items must be undamaged. Watches must be unworn, and bracelets must not be resized. Any watch recieved with damage, wear, or signs of use is not eligible for return or exchange. You may exchange your item for anything in our store that is currently in stock and either pay the cost difference, or If you are exchanging for a less expensive item, you will have the difference in cost to use as a store credit.
